Years of visits, one patient record

Preventive work doesn't end with a course of treatment. The same patient is assessed, measured, re-measured and reviewed for years — often by more than one practitioner in the same practice. All of it belongs in one record.

1

Assessment

Intake questionnaires, history and baseline measurements.

2

Diagnostics

Results and reports filed against the patient as they come back.

3

Personalised plan

A documented plan and quotation the patient can take away.

4

Treatment

Consultations, programmes and products recorded as they happen.

5

Follow-up

Automated reminders and repeat visits on your schedule.

6

Long-term progress

Readings compared over months and years, in one history.

Measurements that only mean something over time

A single reading tells a patient very little. The same reading, taken at every visit for two years, is the entire conversation.

  • Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, oxygen saturation and glucose
  • Weight, BMI, body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass and circumference measurements
  • Historical comparison of readings across consultations
  • Clinical photographs compared by date, alongside the numbers

Patient measurements such as vitals and body composition tracked across visits in HealthAccess

Diagnostics filed where the practitioner needs them

Results come back from labs, radiologists and genetic services days or weeks after the patient walked out. By the time someone reads them, everything else about that patient needs to be on the same screen.

Filed against the patient

Reports and results are uploaded to the patient's record and dated, so the practitioner opens one file rather than searching an inbox.

Read alongside everything else

A result sits with the intake questionnaire, the measurements, the notes and the plan for the same patient, on the same screen.

Released when you choose

Documents are shared to the patient's portal deliberately, one at a time, with your written explanation alongside them.

An itemised treatment plan and programme for a longevity patient in HealthAccess

Personalised plans, programmes and products

A preventive plan is usually a programme with a price: a protocol, a course of visits, and the supplements or products that go with it.

  • Documented treatment plans and quotations, itemised
  • Programme packages and vouchers, tracked as the patient works through them
  • Deposits and payments collected against a plan or booking
  • Supplement, consumable and retail stock managed in the same system

More on billing and inventory.

The patient's own view of their progress

Preventive patients are invested in their own numbers. Giving them somewhere to look is most of the retention problem solved.

  • Progress and comparisons by date, with your notes explaining what changed
  • Downloadable summaries the patient can keep
  • Appointments, forms, consent and deposits handled without a phone call
  • Your pre- and post-care and programme information, in your words

More on the myHealthAccess Client Portal. The portal carries your practice's own logo, colours and wording.

Questions from preventive practices

What is HealthAccess for a longevity or preventive health practice?

Cloud-based practice and clinical management software: patient records and medical history, intake questionnaires and digital consent, consultation notes, vital signs and body-composition measurements compared over time, personalised plans and quotations, programme packages and products, billing, automated follow-up, and patient access through the myHealthAccess Client Portal.

Does HealthAccess interpret lab or genetic results?

No. HealthAccess stores and organises the reports your practice receives and lets you release them to the patient with your own explanation. It does not read, score or interpret them, and it does not produce recommendations. That work stays with the practitioner.

Can we compare a patient's readings over several years?

Yes. Vital signs, glucose and anthropometric measurements are recorded at each consultation and compared historically, so a patient's readings can be viewed as a sequence rather than as isolated visits. Clinical photographs are compared by date in the same record.

Does it suit a practice with several practitioners?

Yes. HealthAccess supports multiple providers and multiple branches, so a patient seen by a doctor, a dietitian and a nurse in the same practice has one record, one history and one account rather than three.

How do patients see their own progress?

Through the myHealthAccess Client Portal, which carries your practice's logo, colours and wording. Patients can view progress and comparisons by date with your notes alongside, download summaries, complete forms and consent, and manage their appointments. You choose what is shared and when.

Can supplements and programme packages be sold and tracked?

Yes. Products and consumables are managed as stock, programmes can be sold as packages or vouchers and tracked as the patient works through them, and deposits and payments are collected against a plan or booking.
